Level II. The Visit Plus E-ssential Business Advisor
All the benefits of the Level I E-ssential Business Advisor, PLUS one full day “in person meeting at the RA&A advisor’s contractor facility. One full day in-person meeting experience with an RA&A consultant at the RA&A advisor’s contractor facility can only be scheduled during or anytime after the third month of commitment. RA&A business advisor will create a customized program for your business level and organization’s requirements. Consulting hours may be applied immediately or up to and over a span of one year—you determine and schedule with your advisor—we are flexible and understand the need to balance consulting with running your operation.

Level IV. The Onsite Business Advisor, "Training at Your Facility or Ours"
All the benefits of having an Industry Certified COO/CEO on your staff who will either come to your facility for one day or multiple days to consult and train your team on the system topics from Level II selected by you. Or, you may come to an RA&A business advisor facility for one-on-one training and consulting. RA&A business advisor will assist you or your team in creating a customized program for your business level and organization’s requirements. Consulting time may be used anytime with a minimum 30 day advance notice so we can schedule our time and travel arrangements—you determine and schedule with your advisor—we are flexible and understand the need to balance consulting with running your operation.

Level V. The Ultimate Business Advisor
This is our Full Service Executive Consulting package, which includes:
(1) A full day of Training at Your Facility (8 hour working day).
(2) A full day of Training at RA&A Advisor’s Facility (8 hour working day).
For the above visits, an RA&A business advisor will create a customized program for your business level and organization’s requirements. You may choose to receive one-on-one training in business/industry topic from the Full Day Program Topics described in Level II.
(3) An additional 20 hours (30 for SIMA members) of consulting within the year.
(4) Plus 60 minute one-on-one scheduled conference call per month with a seasoned, Certified Industry Professional who has built multi-million dollar contracting businesses which they still run today.

Our Certified Snow Professionals have a one or two day training program that can be tailored to you specific needs.
Data Collection - do you understand what information you should have in the event of a slip & fall lawsuit? We are retained as an expert witness by law firms to analyze negligence on the part of the property owner / manager, or contractor. We have worked for all sides involved. If one of your employees, or visitors has an accident how will you defend yourself ? Having all the proper collected data will greatly reduce some of your liability by being able to prove you acted responsibly. Nobody anymore just takes your word for it.
